• Drive growth strategy and execution for core product initiatives across multiple channels.
• Design and implement A/B and multivariate tests.
• Use data to define segmentation and targeting strategies and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to transform ideas into compelling messages.
• Own the experimentation roadmap and learning agenda for growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing.
• High data acumen and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Experience designing and implementing complex A/B and multivariate tests at large scale.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate results and recommendations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills.

Nice to have

• Marketing experience in fintech, personal finance, or mortgage industries.
• SQL, BigQuery, and HTML familiarity.
• Technical or quantitative degree.
