What you will do

• Define, setup, and interpret A/B and multivariate webpage tests.
• Develop and deliver dashboards and detailed monthly and quarterly results summaries to management team.
• Perform ad hoc analyses of websites and/or online marketing channels.
• Track daily, weekly and monthly business performance against goals and provide trend analysis against prior periods.
• Develop scalable reporting of marketing ROI, analyze trends, and make recommendations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in marketing or web analytics.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree with analytics or business coursework.
• Familiarity with web testing and analytics tools, such as Adobe Analytics, Optimizely, Google Analytics.
• Experience with A/B, multivariate and other web testing and optimization practices.
• Hands-on web analytics experience for diagnosing issues, identifying opportunities and evaluating performance.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree is preferable.
• Basic knowledge of database architecture and querying (Microsoft SQL), experience with data visualization software (Tableau), or familiarity with online marketing channels (SEO, PPC) is a plus.
• Familiarity with marketing ROI methodologies.
