What you will do

• Maintain and enhance end-to-end analytics for all key business outcomes and conversion events.
• Audit and resolve tracking discrepancies across the data infrastructure pipeline (Meta, Google, CRM, GA4).
• Manage and govern Google Tag Manager, marketing pixels, and event taxonomy.
• Oversee marketing technology integrations, ensuring data flow accuracy between systems like RudderStack, Iterable, and custom CRM.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot integration issues and ensure measurement reliability.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry privacy, financial, and ad tracking regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of professional experience in Digital Marketing, Technology, or Engineering.
• Proven expertise in diagnosing and optimizing complex conversion tracking and data flow between MarTech systems.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React with backend implementation skills.
• Experience with GTM, Pixels, SQL, Iterable, Looker, and BigQuery.
• Knowledge of data governance standards (GDPR/CCPA preferred).
