What you will do

• Partner with finance and business teams to develop short- and long-term strategic and financial plans.
• Build and refine financial models to evaluate business performance, unit economics, and ROI.
• Drive process improvement and automation initiatives to streamline planning, reporting, and performance management.
• Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights and executive-level recommendations.
• Support leadership presentations and communication with key stakeholders across finance, operations, and product teams.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an MBA program, ideally with a focus on Finance, Strategy, or Operations.
• 3–5 years of pre-MBA professional experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, or similar analytical fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to translate data into strategic insights.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with tools such as Tableau, SQL, or Hyperion Essbase a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience conveying insights to senior audiences.
