Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Boca Raton, Florida (Hybrid: Onsite Mon-Thu, Remote Fri)

Salary: $65,000–$75,000

What you will do

• Resolve trade breaks and DKs in partnership with trading teams.
• Manage security setups and offering documents via RBC and internal systems.
• Execute and monitor orders within hirify.global Exchange and Bloomberg TOMs.
• Maintain accuracy by confirming orders with RIAs, broker dealers, and issuers.
• Facilitate month-end calendar closeout procedures.
• Correct unmatched trades by monitoring TRACE reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or economics.
• Must obtain Series 7 and 63 licenses within 4 months of hire.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Effective communication and ability to work independently.
