Location: Must be able to work from the Berlin office 2 times a week.

What you will do

• Assist in the planning and execution of events by helping manage venue logistics, promotional materials, and on-site setup.
• Support the post-event follow-up process and contribute to event ROI reporting by tracking attendee engagement and pipeline influence metrics.
• Collaborate with the social media and content teams to ensure events are promoted across external channels.

Requirements

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration or related field.
• Able to work from the Berlin office 2 times a week and can join us for at least 8 months.
• Experience working in Marketing in a fast-paced start-up.
• Proven experience in video editing and animation.
• Excellent Communication in English and German.

• Experience in handling merchandise and supporting events.
