What you will do

• Support influencer campaigns end-to-end, from research and outreach to gifting logistics and content tracking.
• Help plan and execute brand events and activations, including influencer events, product experiences, and pop-ups.
• Assist in developing and producing brand campaigns, contributing ideas and helping bring them to life across channels.
• Draft and schedule social content, monitor performance, and flag trends worth acting on.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, draft copy, build decks, and streamline creative workflows.
• Track and maintain reporting across influencer and PR activity.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Based in or available to work in New York City
• Genuinely curious about culture, creators, and what makes a brand resonate.
• Proficient in AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.) and uses them as a core part of your workflow, not just occasionally.
• Strong writer with a good eye for what looks and sounds right.
• Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple projects without dropping the ball.
