Qa Analyst

TL;DR

QA Analyst: Ensuring the quality of the Incentive product through systematic review, testing, and evaluation, with an accent on consistency, reliability, and excellence. Focus on proactively identifying and resolving potential issues to deliver a superior user experience.

Location: Remote. This role requires employees to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours. While we are open to candidates from outside the EST time zone, please be prepared to adjust your working hours to align with this time zone.

What you will do

• Test new features, log defects, and validate defect fixes.
• Perform functional and regression testing.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to understand and influence business requirements.
• Raise issues and highlight risks to ensure quality.
• Deliver timely estimates of testing tasks and scope work.

Requirements

• 3 months to 1 year of Software Testing experience or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle.
• Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
• Experience writing test cases.
• Understanding of relational databases (SQL) and web service technologies (REST).
• CEFR B2 level English proficiency or higher is required.

Nice to have

• Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Mathematics, Computer Science, engineering, or similar).
