What you will do

• Lead the global strategy for modernizing the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) ecosystem.
• Drive the development and deployment of AI‑enabled partner transformation initiatives.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of partner systems innovation.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Partner Operations teams to ensure partner systems are integrated and scalable.
• Evaluate new technologies, tools, and AI solutions to enhance partner management capabilities and support digital transformation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in partner operations, systems strategy, product management, or enterprise technology leadership.
• Experience managing CRM/PRM, partner portals, or partner‑facing digital ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of AI applications, automation, and data‑driven workflows in business systems.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional system initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business‑aligned strategies.
