What you will do

• Lead the design of the "Track" team, focusing on capturing routes and memories.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle from concepting and prototyping to iterating based on user feedback.
• Drive key optimizations in core tracking flows and contribute to new experiments.
• Implement and maintain design and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to ensure designs are well-specced and built as intended.

Requirements

• Being a seasoned professional with 5+ years of experience designing lovable products.
• A strong portfolio with shipped designs demonstrating end-to-end (hybrid UX and UI) product design.
• Experience designing for native mobile apps.
• Hands-on experience with user insights and testing, like A/B tests and usability studies.
• Fluency in modern design tools such as Figma/Sketch or similar.
• Experience in prototyping tools such as Principle/Protopie or similar.
