What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product design processes from initial strategy to final pixel delivery.
• Collaborate closely with developers, strategists, and product owners to create holistic, user-centered health solutions.
• Conceptualize and prototype new features, flows, and interactions to validate ideas.
• Define visual languages, including brand systems, typography, and motion transitions.
• Present creative directions and design rationale clearly to both internal teams and global healthcare clients.
• Maintain a balance between strategic design leadership and hands-on execution.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in digital product design within fast-paced or client-facing environments.
• Fluent English language skills (Dutch is considered a strong plus).
• Strong conceptual and strategic thinking with the ability to connect business goals to design decisions.
• High proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping/motion tools.
• Experience working in interdisciplinary teams.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and proactively shape briefs from scratch.

Nice to have

• Professional proficiency in Dutch.
• Experience with healthcare compliance and accessible design systems.
• Prior experience with LLM applications or AI-driven user interfaces.
