What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end design of product experiences across digital touchpoints.
• Collaborate with developers, strategists, and product owners to co-create holistic solutions.
• Conceptualize and prototype new features to test, validate, and sell design ideas.
• Define visual points of view, including brand systems, typography, motion, and transitions.
• Present creative directions persuasively to clients and internal teams.
• Balance high-level design leadership with hands-on pixel-perfect execution.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in digital product design, ideally within consultancy settings.
• Strong background in connecting business goals to strategic design decisions.
• Proven ability to present and sell design work through compelling rationale.
• Expertise in UI systems, interaction design, and responsive behaviors.
• Fluency in modern design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Fluent English language skills.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Dutch is considered a plus.
