hirify.global is developing Overwatch Rush, a new top-down Hero shooter designed specifically for mobile, set in the Overwatch universe.

What you will do

• Develop in-game content for character presentation, aligning with project objectives.
• Set up complete 3D meta scenes, including characters, environments, cameras, lighting, textures, and VFX.
• Create 3D, 2D, and VFX art for the game’s meta.
• Implement and optimize 3D art, 2D art, and animation into the game.
• Test, evaluate, and provide feedback on tools and pipelines.
• Ensure art is delivered to a specification that offers great technical performance.

Requirements

• Proficient in crafting high-quality 3D, 2D, and VFX assets and implementing them into Unity.
• Experienced in Unity game development, collaborating with visual development, tech art, graphics, and gameplay.
• Highly experienced with game art pipelines and workflows.
• Ability to work within an established art style.
• In-depth understanding of fundamentals for 3D and 2D asset creation and real-time lighting such as PBR.
• In-depth knowledge of industry-leading applications: Adobe Suite, Maya, Max, Z-brush, and Unity Editor and Tools.

Nice to have

• Technical art skills (shader creation and/or procedural content creation tools).
• 2D and/or 3D animation skills.
