Salary: $85,600 – $149,400 USD

What you will do

• Develop and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps and timelines.
• Conduct in-depth market and user research to inform product features.
• Define and document detailed technical requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure technical alignment.
• Identify and mitigate product-related risks throughout the lifecycle.
• Monitor product performance and manage minor feature enhancements.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity (8 days/month in St. Cloud, MN).
• Strong proficiency in defining and documenting complex product requirements.
• Experience in creating and maintaining detailed product roadmaps.
• Demonstrated ability in conducting market and data analysis.
• Excellent technical communication and project management skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the USA.
