What you will do

• Assist in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for organ preservation technology.
• Support market analysis, including customer feedback, competitor analysis, and industry trends.
• Engage with key opinion leaders, transplant surgeons, and clinical partners to gather feedback and insights.
• Collaborate with R&D, clinical, and regulatory teams to support the product development process.
• Assist in developing go-to-market activities, including product positioning, messaging, and launch plans.
• Track and analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and clinical data to identify opportunities for product enhancement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or life sciences preferred.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in healthcare technology (medical devices, digital health preferred).
• Experience applying a needs-based approach to identify, analyze, and prioritize customer and market needs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret clinical data and market research.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
