Senior Product Manager (Edtech): Leading retention, engagement, and monetization for ABCmouse's consumer experience with an accent on optimizing onboarding, content discovery, and monetization surfaces. Focus on building and scaling experimentation, improving end-to-end user journeys, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver high-impact initiatives.

Location: Remote (United States)

Salary: $170,000 USD to $195,000 USD

What you will do

  • Own and drive key metrics including retention, subscription rate, engagement, ARPU, and LTV.
  • Design and optimize core product loops that drive repeat usage and habit formation.
  • Drive monetization strategy, including subscription and IAP experiences.
  • Define and execute a robust A/B testing roadmap across onboarding, engagement, and monetization.
  • Improve end-to-end user journeys, identifying and addressing friction points.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Art, UX, Data Analytics, Marketing, and Finance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in consumer digital products (mobile or web).
  • Proven track record of driving measurable impact on growth metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions and evaluate experiments.
  • Experience running A/B tests and building experimentation roadmaps.
  • Ability to define product strategy and execute in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in subscription-based or free-to-play (F2P) products.
  • Background in mobile games, edtech, or consumer apps with engagement loops and virtual economies.
  • Experience optimizing onboarding, activation funnels, or lifecycle journeys.
  • Familiarity with pricing, packaging, and monetization strategy (subscriptions and/or IAP).
  • Experience working with dual-user systems (e.g., parent/child, buyer/user).
