Compensation: $184,500 – $258,000

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and resilient software services and components.
• Lead end-to-end implementation of complex features from technical design to deployment and operational support.
• Drive technical direction by evaluating trade-offs and setting engineering standards for performance and observability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Integrate and operate AI/ML-enabled features safely and effectively within production systems.
• Proactively resolve production issues and improve system reliability through automation and monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in system design, API design, and data modeling for scalability.
• Experience with service-oriented or microservices architectures, CI/CD, and monitoring.
• Proven ability to take ownership of services, including design, implementation, and operational health.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Experience designing and evolving large-scale, high-traffic distributed systems.
• Track record of providing technical leadership and mentoring junior engineers.
• Deep expertise in observability, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML platforms and responsibly integrating AI tools into development workflows.
