What you will do
- Lead end-to-end HR lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and contract management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Portuguese labor law inquiries and ensure total compliance in all HR actions.
- Drive the strategic use of Workday to improve data integrity, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Manage end-to-end payroll preparation in collaboration with accounting and external providers.
- Standardize HR documentation and enforce internal SOPs to maintain audit readiness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like IT, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll to implement scalable operational solutions.
Requirements
- Fluency in both Portuguese and English is mandatory.
- Proven experience in HR lifecycle management, payroll preparation, and time tracking.
- Expertise in Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data management and reporting.
- Solid understanding of GDPR and local labor regulations.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment based in Lisbon.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Italian or French.
- Experience with service desk tools and ticket management systems.
- Demonstrable experience with process automation, digital workflows, or scripting (macros/imports).
