Location: Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal (Hybrid model)

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end HR lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and contract management.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Portuguese labor law inquiries and ensure total compliance in all HR actions.
  • Drive the strategic use of Workday to improve data integrity, reporting, and operational efficiency.
  • Manage end-to-end payroll preparation in collaboration with accounting and external providers.
  • Standardize HR documentation and enforce internal SOPs to maintain audit readiness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams like IT, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll to implement scalable operational solutions.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both Portuguese and English is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in HR lifecycle management, payroll preparation, and time tracking.
  • Expertise in Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data management and reporting.
  • Solid understanding of GDPR and local labor regulations.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment based in Lisbon.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Italian or French.
  • Experience with service desk tools and ticket management systems.
  • Demonstrable experience with process automation, digital workflows, or scripting (macros/imports).
