What you will do

• Build and evolve backend solutions focused on scalability, flexibility, and performance.
• Develop and maintain CMS-driven and API-based features to accelerate frontend delivery.
• Design systems that empower non-technical stakeholders to manage content and features independently.
• Take ownership of architectural decisions to balance technical quality with business impact.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code in a fast-paced product environment.
• Contribute to technical strategy by evaluating trade-offs and aligning with product goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in web technology roles.
• Strong proficiency in PHP and the Laravel framework.
• Solid understanding of SOLID design principles.
• Practical knowledge of REST API, SQL, and ORM usage.
• Experience with Git and Linux environments.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup based in Kaunas, Lithuania.

Nice to have

• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS (SASS), and Node.
• Knowledge of Docker, Google Cloud, or AWS server management.
