TL;DR

Salary: €40,500–€68,850/year

What you will do

  • Design, develop, and debug enterprise software for IBM z/OS performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement software enhancements and new product features.
  • Identify code issues and coordinate with senior engineers for resolution.
  • Document technical topics and communicate findings effectively.
  • Analyze software compatibility with hardware systems.
  • Engage in self-directed learning to master application subject matter.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Proficiency in C/C++ development and debugging.
  • Must be based in Lithuania.
  • Proven track record of delivering commercial or enterprise-grade software.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

Nice to have

  • Experience with IBM z/OS operating systems (JES, ISPF).
  • Knowledge of IBM High Level Assembler (HLASM) or IBM PL-I.
  • Experience with IBM z/OS Performance Monitoring.
