Salary: €5,600–€7,200 / 23,800–33,400 PLN per month

What you will do

• Design, build, and evolve high-traffic, business-critical backend services.
• Lead architectural decisions regarding domain modeling and service boundaries.
• Drive the evolution of the next-generation service platform alongside senior and lead engineers.
• Identify system bottlenecks and propose architectural improvements for long-term growth.
• Own complex technical initiatives end-to-end, from design to production.
• Write clean, well-tested code and raise overall engineering standards.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a backend or software engineer building production systems.
• Solid understanding of software design principles, service-oriented architecture (SOA), and API design.
• Experience working with databases, messaging systems, and distributed components.
• Confidence in selecting and working with different programming languages and stacks.
• Experience participating in code reviews, design discussions, and technical decision-making.

Nice to have

• Experience building or scaling platforms serving millions of requests.
• Working knowledge of PHP, Go, or Node.js ecosystems.
• Experience designing systems with a focus on reliability, observability, and operational concerns.
