What you will do
- Develop and ship features for marketplace, search, or practice management systems.
- Utilize AI-assisted coding workflows to increase development effectiveness.
- Collaborate in autonomous cross-functional teams with full end-to-end ownership.
- Build scalable and maintainable services within a high-traffic production environment.
- Engage in peer code reviews and contribute to internal open-source documentation.
Requirements
- Strong foundations in computer science including data structures and algorithms.
- Ability to build real software across the full stack.
- High learning velocity and ability to pick up new tools and domains.
- Builder mindset with a focus on solving user problems pragmatically.
- AI-first engineering mindset and active experimentation with coding tools and agents.
Nice to have
- Academic background in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
- Competitive programming experience (ICPC, Codeforces, etc.).
- Proven track record of side projects, open-source contributions, or hackathons.
- Exposure to modern CI/CD and observability workflows.
