What you will do

• Architect and develop new features within the monetization domain.
• Implement experimentation and algorithmic pricing features for trading and swap products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to deliver customer-facing functionality.
• Contribute to project planning, estimation, and execution.
• Integrate and maintain services with external third-party providers.
• Ensure high-quality, performant, and fully tested code across the full stack.

Requirements

• Extensive fullstack engineering experience in high-growth tech or marketplace environments.
• Proven background in pricing, promotions, or loyalty program infrastructure.
• Experience building experimentation platforms and utilizing continuous delivery.
• Strong understanding of database structures and cloud-native system design (GCP preferred).
• Must be located in the UK, Poland, South Africa, Spain, Portugal, or Romania.
• Direct employment only; B2B contracting arrangements are not supported.

Nice to have

• Experience with React Native.
• Active open-source contributions.
• Professional experience in the Web3 space.
