Location: Hybrid (Warsaw, Poland) - 3 days per week in the office.

Compensation: Up to $9,000 USD gross monthly.

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers to foster a high-performance, collaborative culture.
• Architect and build robust server-side applications and RESTful/GraphQL APIs using Node.js and Express.
• Develop responsive, interactive user interfaces using React.js, Redux, and ES6+.
• Collaborate with database engineers to design efficient schemas for PostgreSQL or MySQL databases.
• Manage deployments using CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools like Docker.
• Create technical documentation for architectural decisions, APIs, and application design.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• 2+ years in a team lead or senior leadership position.
• Expertise in React.js, React Hooks, and modern JavaScript.
• Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and API design.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Employment Contract (Umowa o Pracę) only; strictly no B2B options.
