Location: Warsaw, Poland. This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 2 days in the office each week.

What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy hirify.global's growing backend and frontend systems.
• Code primarily in TypeScript (experience with Node.js, React, React Native is welcomed).
• Proactively fix bugs and solve technical challenges.
• Contribute ideas to product development roadmap.
• Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions.

Requirements

• Experience in JavaScript and Node.js / C++ / Java or any OO language.
• Knowledge of major frontend frameworks.
• Experience with API design and development.
• University degree in a technical subject (Computer science, Mathematics or similar).
• 4+ years of experience in software development.
• English: Good communication skills required (B2).
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
