What you will do

• Conduct deep-dive interviews and workshops to extract and define complex business requirements for media planning tools.
• Create detailed process maps and functional specifications to visualize and optimize media workflows.
• Act as the primary interface between non-technical stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, writing high-quality user stories and technical requirements in English.
• Collaborate with developers during sprints to clarify logic, review prototypes, and make trade-off decisions.
• Define UAT plans and personally validate software functionality and data accuracy before releases.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Digital Product Management or Technical Business Analysis.
• Strong background in AdTech or MarTech is strongly recommended.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and process mapping tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
• Basic to Intermediate SQL skills and conceptual understanding of APIs and JSON payloads.
• Deep understanding of the China Digital Media Ecosystem including user IDs and Walled Garden limitations.
• Native/Fluent Mandarin and excellent written/spoken English are mandatory.
