What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications for private banking and wealth management clients.
• Translate business requirements into precise technical specifications and product designs.
• Perform development estimations, impact analysis, and risk identification for functional stories.
• Collaborate with Project Leads, Business Analysts, and offshore development teams to ensure viable solutions.
• Conduct unit, integration, and system testing to ensure deliverables meet specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and offshore developers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience, specifically within a banking environment (Private Banking or Wealth Management).
• Deep domain knowledge of Credit and Risk systems.
• Technical proficiency in COBOL, DB2, SQL, S2i Application, GIT, and GITLAB.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
• Strong experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Proven track record of working with distributed delivery teams across different geographies.

Nice to have

• Experience with core banking products such as Temenos-T24, Avaloq, or Olympic.
• Knowledge of APIs and Digital Banking.
