What you will do

• Design and implement robust, scalable data models (e.g., star, snowflake) supporting BI, machine learning, and operational needs.
• Build and maintain batch and streaming ETL pipelines using technologies like Apache Kafka and Apache Flink.
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to translate ambiguous data needs into reliable technical solutions.
• Own projects end-to-end, from system design and pipeline implementation to performance monitoring and quality assurance.
• Contribute to data governance strategies, focusing on data quality, stewardship, and metadata management.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Singapore
• Minimum 7 years of experience designing and implementing scalable ETL pipelines.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and data warehousing solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Databricks, and Airflow.
• Experience with streaming data pipelines or real-time processing (e.g., Apache Kafka, Apache Flink).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
