What you will do

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from proactive sourcing to successful hire.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and business priorities.
• Manage candidate pipelines, conducting interviews and assessments for high-quality hiring.
• Publish job advertisements across diverse channels and maintain data accuracy in the ATS.
• Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress.
• Identify and implement improvements to TA processes, compliance, and candidate experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably in the IT industry.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and assessment techniques.
• Experience with ATS tools and Microsoft Office 365.
• Knowledge of data privacy principles and GDPR compliance.
