What you will do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle activities including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Execute proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels like LinkedIn and job boards.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments to determine candidate fit.
- Maintain high data accuracy and process consistency within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure efficient hiring workflows.
- Contribute to employer branding and process improvement projects.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or operations.
- Must be based in China.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and familiarity with ATS tools.
- Proactive mindset and openness to professional feedback.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks effectively.
