What you will do
- Lead end-to-end Workday implementations including setup, configuration, and customization.
- Collaborate with partners to gather business requirements and translate them into functional Workday solutions.
- Design, test, and troubleshoot Workday systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Provide end-user training and ongoing support for effective system adoption.
- Maintain detailed documentation for all system configurations and internal processes.
- Manage project timelines and resources to guarantee successful and timely delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Organizational Development, or Human Resources.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Workday projects, including implementations, support, or migrations.
- Proven knowledge of configuring Workday or other SaaS HR/Cloud solutions.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to partner management.
