What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Workday implementations including setup, configuration, and customization.
• Collaborate with partners to gather business requirements and translate them into functional Workday solutions.
• Design, test, and troubleshoot Workday systems to ensure optimal functionality.
• Provide end-user training and ongoing support for effective system adoption.
• Maintain detailed documentation for all system configurations and internal processes.
• Manage project timelines and resources to guarantee successful and timely delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Organizational Development, or Human Resources.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Workday projects, including implementations, support, or migrations.
• Proven knowledge of configuring Workday or other SaaS HR/Cloud solutions.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to partner management.
