What you will do

• Own the end-to-end financial picture, including P&L, cash flow, and unit economics.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning to support data-driven decision-making.
• Manage financial reporting, tax setup, and compliance across various geographies.
• Own investor updates, board materials, and support fundraising efforts.
• Drive capital allocation and define core KPIs to ensure intentional spending.
• Lead and align the Finance, People, and Legal teams with company strategic goals.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a builder in an early-stage or scaling startup environment.
• Strong grasp of financial fundamentals, including cash management and unit economics.
• Experience in operations or general management with a structured, pragmatic approach.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and bridge strategy with hands-on execution.
• Strong background working with investors, boards, and external partners.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally and serving as a strategic partner to leadership.
