Compensation: $125,000 - $160,000

What you will do

• Create concise and engaging copy for UIs, microcopy, error messages, and instructional articles.
• Collaborate with product designers, engineers, and researchers to ensure content aligns with user needs.
• Develop and maintain content style guides and standards for consistency across platforms.
• Apply user research and testing insights to optimize content for clarity and effectiveness.
• Edit and revise existing content to improve readability and accessibility.
• Work closely with executive leadership to translate product vision into precise messaging.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in UX writing or content design.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or HCI.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and agile workflows.
• Experience with design tools such as Figma.
• Solid grasp of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in highly regulated fintech or complex product environments.
• UX Writing certification (e.g., UX Writing Hub, Nielsen Norman Group).
• Knowledge of CMS, HTML/CSS basics, and conversational interfaces like voice UI.
