What you will do

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for institutional stablecoin solutions.
• Partner with engineering to deliver secure, resilient, and compliant settlement flows.
• Collaborate with compliance, legal, and banking teams to embed regulatory requirements into product design.
• Translate institutional client needs into scalable and repeatable product capabilities.
• Incorporate market insights and regulatory developments into actionable product decisions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 8+ years of product management experience focused on banking, financial products, or payments.
• Deep understanding of stablecoins, FX, treasury workflows, and institutional payment networks.
• Proven ability to own complex, regulated financial products from concept through production.
• Strong familiarity with U.S. clearing systems, messaging, and compliance standards.
• Strong analytical and systems-level thinking skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working with banks, PSPs, or clearing and settlement networks.
• Exposure to blockchain-based settlement or tokenized money.
• Interest in AI-driven product development.
• Experience partnering with sales and coverage teams.
