What you will do

• Own and drive the full financial planning cycle, including annual plans, quarterly forecasts, and rolling projections tailored to AI research timelines.
• Build sophisticated financial models covering revenue streams, GPU compute economics, headcount, and cash flow.
• Partner with GTM leadership on revenue forecasting and support executive reporting with actionable variance analysis and KPIs.
• Design scalable FP&A processes and drive automation to ensure reporting consistency across US and German entities.
• Collaborate with Engineering on infrastructure planning and GPU provider contracts to optimize COGS.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking, with at least 4 years in high-growth companies.
• Proven track record owning planning cycles at a B2B SaaS or technology company.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills with the ability to build complex models from first principles.
• Fluency in SaaS metrics (ARR/MRR, NDR, CAC, LTV) and consumption-based pricing models.
• Experience with international operations, multi-entity structures, and US GAAP.

Nice to have

• Background in usage-based pricing structures or GPU/cloud infrastructure economics.
• Experience with enterprise contract structuring and technical sales processes.
• Exposure to environments that scaled 3-5x in size and complexity.
