What you will do

• Onboard customers to model suites, providing guidance on prompting, inference, and finetuning.
• Collaborate with Sales and BD teams to architect solutions for high-stakes enterprise projects.
• Act as an internal hub, funneling customer insights into engineering and research teams.
• Create scalable technical enablement resources, documentation, and integration guides.
• Translate complex technical feedback into new product features and model improvements.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of generative AI with hands-on experience serving deep learning models in production.
• Proven track record of working directly with customers to iterate on and support technical solutions.
• Proficiency in Python and intuitive understanding of API integrations.
• Experience explaining sophisticated technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
• Must be based in or eligible to work in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience finetuning diffusion models and working with customization tools like ComfyUI.
• Proven success in solutions engineering for large-scale enterprise deals.
• Architecting solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Contributions to open-source diffusion model projects.
• Deployment experience using state-of-the-art serving infrastructure on cloud platforms.
