What you will do

• Own and evolve AWS infrastructure using Terraform.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable deployments.
• Implement observability tooling to keep systems performant and stable.
• Develop and expand AI-assisted developer workflows to accelerate engineering velocity.
• Optimize local development environments, build caching, and Gradle performance.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to solve complex technical challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and operating production systems on AWS.
• Strong proficiency in Terraform.
• Hands-on experience with container orchestration and deployment automation.
• Comfortable with the JVM ecosystem including Spring Boot and Gradle.
• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL operations.
• Experience with observability tools such as Datadog or CloudWatch.
• Proficiency in Python or Bash for scripting.

Nice to have

• Active usage of AI coding agents like Cursor or Copilot.
• Experience with blockchain infrastructure or Web3 systems.
• Background building internal developer platforms.
