Location: Remote (US). Must be authorized to work in the US without new visa sponsorship.

Salary: $170,000–$180,000 (Illinois-based range).

What you will do

• Partner with customers to provide technical architecture guidance and deployment strategy.
• Lead deployments and configurations of Private Deployment environments.
• Maintain Helm charts, Terraform modules, and infrastructure-as-code resources.
• Troubleshoot complex Kubernetes environments including networking, storage, and security.
• Provide Tier-3 technical escalation support and root-cause analysis.
• Develop detailed documentation and operational runbooks for customer success.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or software deployment.
• Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes on AWS, Azure, and bare-metal.
• Strong experience with Helm and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux administration with scripting skills in Python or Bash.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for customer engagements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in eDiscovery environments.
• High availability administration for Microsoft SQL Server and Postgres.
