What you will do
- Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders to drive high-priority execution.
- Manage complex calendars and competing priorities with strong professional judgment.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure consistent follow-through across teams.
- Prepare briefings, summaries, and materials for internal and external discussions.
- Identify and resolve operational risks, gaps, and team misalignments early.
- Improve existing workflows to enhance organizational clarity and efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in executive support, operations, or similar high-level roles.
- Demonstrated ability to support senior leaders or multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to navigate shifting priorities.
- High attention to detail and ability to operate independently.
- Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Clear and concise communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
Hiring process
