What you will do

• Develop and maintain bioinformatics pipelines for the analysis of omics datasets.
• Process, analyze, and interpret high-throughput biological data.
• Collaborate with biologists, data scientists, and IT specialists.
• Integrate diverse datasets to support biomarker discovery and drug development.
• Ensure quality control, reproducibility, and comprehensive documentation of analyses.
• Present complex data and insights to both scientific and non-scientific stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genomics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in bioinformatics within a pharmaceutical, biotech, or research setting.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Bash.
• Familiarity with public biological databases and tools such as Bioconductor or Galaxy.
• Strong understanding of molecular biology, statistics, and data visualization.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in an interdisciplinary team.
