What you will do

• Develop, manage, and deepen relationships with key insurer partners.
• Lead the end-to-end process of pitching, negotiating, and executing high-impact projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to craft effective proposals and partnership solutions.
• Conduct market research to uncover trends, opportunities, and competitive advantages.
• Track partnership performance, monitor KPIs, and generate actionable insights.
• Represent the company at meetings and industry events to communicate the brand vision.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in business development, account management, or partnership management.
• Proven track record in securing and growing high-value partnerships.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Must be based in Malaysia and available to work on-site in Petaling Jaya.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in insurance or financial services is preferred.
