What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for complex, senior, and niche roles in marketing, finance, sales, and operations.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to build deep pipelines of passive candidates in competitive international markets.
  • Partner with global executive leadership to define talent strategies, provide market intelligence, and guide organizational design.
  • Drive the standardization of recruiting workflows and ensure compliance with diverse regional labor laws.
  • Analyze and report on key recruiting performance indicators to leadership to optimize hiring efficiency.
  • Embed diversity, equity, and inclusion principles into every stage of the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across various functional areas.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume, diverse requisitions while maintaining quality.
  • Expertise in sophisticated sourcing methods using digital platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Experience managing multi-regional hiring processes and navigating different labor laws.
  • Strong ability to act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders regarding talent acquisition.
  • Proficiency in optimizing and managing Applicant Tracking Systems.
