What you will do

• Own end-to-end ML execution, including data pipelines, training workflows, and deployment architecture.
• Fine-tune and adapt models using methods such as LoRA, QLoRA, SFT, DPO, and distillation.
• Architect and operate scalable inference systems while optimizing for cost, latency, and memory efficiency.
• Design systems for high-quality synthetic and real-world training data.
• Implement comprehensive evaluation pipelines to monitor performance, safety, robustness, and bias.
• Collaborate with application engineering to integrate ML systems into cross-platform products.

Requirements

• Proven experience shipping production-grade ML systems to real users.
• Deep understanding of large models and their specific failure modes.
• Strong production-grade coding skills and focus on system correctness.
• Experience with Python and modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch or JAX.
• Ability to operate independently in a high-trust, fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work from the Palo Alto office (Hybrid).
