What you will do

• Design and implement highly scalable full-stack applications using Go, Python, and Node.js.
• Develop core AI platform components including RAG, MCP servers, and evaluation loops to ensure LLM reliability.
• Manage and deploy containerized applications via Kubernetes and AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS, SQS, SNS).
• Collaborate with product managers and UX/UI designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and troubleshoot production issues to ensure high system availability.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on scaling platforms.
• Proven experience designing, building, and deploying ML models and AI-driven systems in production.
• Proficiency in full-stack development and platform engineering (building reusable services and APIs).
• Hands-on experience creating and managing intelligent agent-based systems.
• Extensive experience with AWS and modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, IaC, observability).
• Fluent English speaking and writing skills are required for internal business and interviews.
