What you will do

• Develop and tune innovative ML models and labeling systems based on clinical use cases.
• Write production-grade Python and SQL to implement, debug, and optimize ML predictions.
• Deploy models into live clinical products and manage end-to-end model effectiveness.
• Build and maintain infrastructure that enables scalable ML development and deployment.
• Follow patient data through AWS services to solve complex real-world clinical performance issues.

Requirements

• Ph.D. with 3+ years or Master’s with 5+ years of experience shipping ML-based software.
• Proven ability to own ML models from the initial prototype phase through to production.
• Expertise in writing production-grade Python and SQL for evaluating ML models.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps tooling, specifically SageMaker and MLFlow.
• Ability to interpret and apply state-of-the-art academic methods to real-world healthcare problems.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping high-impact AI products from 0 to 1.
• Familiarity with messy healthcare datasets and building solutions for enterprise customers.
• Experience navigating the agility requirements of healthcare enterprise deployments.
