What you will do

• Structure engineering workstreams to ensure efficient project delivery and maintain development velocity.
• Drive technical strategy and contribute to key system architecture and design decisions.
• Scale and lead a high-performing engineering team across the US, China, and Europe.
• Establish structured hiring processes, maintain high engineering bars, and conduct technical interviews.
• Collaborate closely with product and research teams to align technical efforts and resolve organizational bottlenecks.
• Translate product direction into actionable engineering execution plans.

Requirements

• Strong technical foundation in software engineering and system architecture.
• Proven experience in managing or leading engineering teams.
• Experience operating in early-stage startup environments.
• Ability to drive engineering execution and maintain development velocity.
• Strong judgment in evaluating complex system design and implementation trade-offs.
