What you will do

  • Define the long-term architecture for AI systems, infrastructure, and developer platforms.
  • Guide key decisions regarding model integration, data pipelines, and distributed systems.
  • Build and scale a high-performing engineering organization across global talent hubs.
  • Establish engineering culture, development practices, and technical standards.
  • Translate product vision into clear technical execution and workstreams.
  • Resolve cross-team technical challenges and ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements

  • Strong foundation in system architecture, large-scale systems, and distributed architecture.
  • Proven experience building or leading high-performing engineering teams.
  • Ability to reason clearly about complex systems and make pragmatic technical decisions.
  • Strong judgment on technical trade-offs and engineering priorities.
  • Comfortable operating in early-stage environments with high ambiguity.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to align teams.
