What you will do
- Define the long-term architecture for AI systems, infrastructure, and developer platforms.
- Guide key decisions regarding model integration, data pipelines, and distributed systems.
- Build and scale a high-performing engineering organization across global talent hubs.
- Establish engineering culture, development practices, and technical standards.
- Translate product vision into clear technical execution and workstreams.
- Resolve cross-team technical challenges and ensure smooth project delivery.
Requirements
- Strong foundation in system architecture, large-scale systems, and distributed architecture.
- Proven experience building or leading high-performing engineering teams.
- Ability to reason clearly about complex systems and make pragmatic technical decisions.
- Strong judgment on technical trade-offs and engineering priorities.
- Comfortable operating in early-stage environments with high ambiguity.
- Clear communication skills and ability to align teams.
