What you will do

• Own the full-cycle email marketing strategy, including newsletters, promotional campaigns, and automated flows like abandoned carts.
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize conversion rates and drive measurable revenue growth.
• Develop high-quality, conversion-focused copy for various audience segments.
• Configure and manage technical setups, including segmentation and A/B testing within email platforms.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and development teams to iterate on new ideas quickly.

Requirements

• Proven experience in email marketing (D2C or SaaS background is a plus).
• Hands-on technical proficiency with platforms such as Klaviyo or Omnisend.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with performance marketing metrics.
• Excellent copywriting and editing capabilities in English.
• Ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
