What you will do
- Manage business analysis approaches, plans, and deliverables while reporting risks and dependencies to senior stakeholders.
- Engage key stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and build strong relationships to validate strategic enterprise-level outcomes.
- Perform discovery activities including regulatory, gap, and market opportunity assessments to define initiative objectives.
- Develop business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications to support digital and process change initiatives.
- Collaborate with architecture and product leads to develop target operating models and provide clear solution recommendations.
- Support solution implementation through UAT, process updates, and quality assurance of deliverables.
Requirements
- Must hold valid work rights for Australia.
- Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst in a financial services, risk, or compliance environment.
- Proven track record working on complex, multi-workstream initiatives within an agile delivery environment.
- Strong understanding of digital enablement, automation solutions, process modelling, and optimisation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for technical and non-technical audiences.
