What you will do

• Own a product area within acquisition channels, managing the lifecycle from hypothesis to delivery.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into clear specifications for engineering teams.
• Analyze user workflows to identify pain points and propose interface or process improvements.
• Define KPIs, track performance, and validate experiments with data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, developers, and data analysts.
• Contribute to reducing churn and improving overall channel utilization.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in business analysis or a similar analytical role.
• English: B1 or higher required.
• Basic SQL proficiency for data extraction and validation.
• Structured thinking with the ability to break down complex, ambiguous problems.
• Proactive mindset with a high level of ownership.

Nice to have

• Spanish language skills.
• Experience in product management, project management, or system analysis.
• Background in fintech, marketplaces, or high-pace product environments.
